We further work vigilantly with our delivery service providers to ensure that you receive your orders in time and in actual condition. However, in case you have any problem with your order, please follow our policy below:

Refunds are not possible but your product is eligible for an exchange in the following circumstances:

1. Complain is made within 24 hours of receiving the order
2. Different product is delivered to you.
3. The product you purchase is delivered with any defect.
4. The product is not of the right size (in which case it is eligible for a size exchange only, in the same piece).
